Speed Trainer

4. Be prepared – for home personal trainers are on a tight schedule. They could have a regular customer 30 minutes immediately after the session and next customer could be 20 minutes from home. To take full advantage of your exercise program, make sure you're ready 10 minutes early and if you can, take the time to do some warming exercises before your personal trainer will be there. This way you can jump directly to focus on your fitness program.

5. Ask questions – What exercises to do for your body and ways to exercise. You can use this for as long as they try to work on their own.
